		<description><![CDATA[Yes; in the woods, the &quot;silence&quot; can be quite full of sound.  It&#039;s probably why I like best to do my run outside, where I can hear the birds and other sounds instead of plugging into manufactured noise. I can also mentally process or pray without catching a tune or something else to pull me away. After raising 4 kids, it is a luxury to be able to hold a thought through to its end. Probably why silence rarely bothers me.]]></description>
