I realized rather quickly that I couldn&#039;t think of our guests as projects or people to help or fix or even save. My job is to serve and listen and smile and learn and love. It&#039;s easy,  but it&#039;s hard, too. After all,  we&#039;d rather &quot;help&quot; the poor than be close to them.]]></description>
