I coach/train new leaders and am always looking for ways to broach the subject of humility and approachability. So I read this to my current class and it hit just the perfect notes for those two topics. Thanks for sharing this – it’s always so powerful when a leader with influence is willing to show vulnerability so that others might also learn those lessons.
