Your thoughts reminded me of Phillip Keller’s A Shepherd Looks at Psalm 23. Lovely, insightful reflection on this psalm that I read as a new Christian about three decades ago, at a time when I happened to be caring for a few sheep on a hobby farm. I just ordered it, as part of the “shepherd’s trilogy.” Time to revisit a classic. Blessings to you and your family.
