His magnificence dwells at about 70 feet down off the shore of Grand Cayman, an island and diving mecca in the Caribbean. The eloquence of his beauty reaches above water to speak to us about the importance of preserving reefs as a mainstay of marine ecosystems. The Guardian was created by Simon Morris, a member of my family, who is a fine art bronze sculptor specializing in marine-themed art.
